Introduction
In this third instalment of the series, authoritarian leadership, also known as autocratic leadership, will be explored. It has been suggested that this style of leadership can be instrumental in situations that require high-level decisions with limited time for input, diverse perspectives, and consultation, such as medical emergencies.
